[time-nuts] GPS jumps of -13.7 us?

I've received inquires about the 13 us jump since 8 PM last night (PST).

Possibly related: http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/?Do=gpsShowNanu&num=2016008

Check your logs to see if your receiver is using SVN23/PRN32.
