Joined the club of obsolescence.
Digikey: No Stock, no price.

Just like the BF862, my favorite FET and BFG31, the last RF PNP
that could stand a little power.  :-(
There were lots of them in my distribution amplifier.

Not recommended for new designs: NXP.
