Leo Bodnar has a 1 Hz to 1.6 GHz unit:
https://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=107&products_id=393
The unit now has firmware allowing operation up to 1.6 GHz, even though the
data sheet says 1.1 GHz.
Not an expensive unit, and very versatile.
Cheers,
David
