Oh, thanks for the offer, but I have enough of them in PLCC and DIP. :-)
I had made a VHDL translation, strictly following the AD data sheet.
Also included some prescaling and local 1pps generation.
The execution vehicle was a Xilinx Coolrunner2 CPLD which is end of life
now,
so I need a new CPLD and it's a good opportunity to compare performance.
The souped-up 4046 with backlash correction all seem to have gone.
