Using the same trick as Alexâs solution (giving a time hint), I also got my SyncServer S200 with Furuno GT-8031 working again with interposer hardware and firmware.
The total cost is around $30 as well, but requires some experience with soldering 0603 resistors and connectors with a 1.27mm pitch.
But it works great and itâs much cheaper than those $200 ublox replacements.
