[time-nuts] Both TruePosition boards does not work

Subjectsl: a pair of TruePosition gpsdo boards, tested working 2y ago.
Revisions B and C
Had this boards from ebay around 2y ago. Tested both working in Lady
Heather. No problems at all.
Today I got them from storage, connected to a 13V power supply. No activity
on board beyond 10MHz present. No 1pps. No ttl serial. No RS232C serial. No
nothing.

Suspected an internal power rail down, wasn't able to find anything
strange. I can find 12v, 5v, 3.3v.

I think I am running rounds here. Anything I should be aware of and I am
missing?
