Matt,
Try a hot air gun to heat the screws.  If there is Loctite or other crud, this might help loosen it.

Thanks for the responses. To address to a few questions/thoughts:

The output is a nice clean sine wave at 10 MHz.

I tried opening the unit, but though I'm able to remove the screws, the lid isn't coming off. I think the lids may have been glued shut and I didn't try too hard to pry them off for fear of damaging the unit.

It's true I don't know that it's an OCXO. It could be some other sort of unit as several people have suggested.
