[time-nuts] eLORAN West coast stations off air due to Air con.

Hello to the time-nut group. Thanks for giving me a heads up on the eLORAN
signals on the West coast. You are correct all 3 stations are off the air
for the moment.
This is due to air conditioning issues that are being worked on.
The buildings and physical systems are quite old so failures are expected.
It will be a bit but the stations will return to operation.
I had been monitoring but have been working on remote interfaces for the
old austron LORAN C receivers. So not actually logging or listening.
