[time-nuts] Re: eLORAN West coast stations off air due to Air con.

I am sure it has FEC and that is nasty to work with. I had to create the
FEC for the US WWVB station. What a pain.
As I think about the FEC, it was not that hard. Getting the correct
documentation was.
