[time-nuts] Re: Efratom M-100 102 not locking

The output is probably from the free running oscillator.
The Physics package has a bulb with Rubidium vapor in it.
Over time the vapor will deposit on the inside of the bulb.
To rejuvenate the bulb, warm it to re-vaporize the rubidium.
This may fix your issue.
