[time-nuts] HP 53132A - 5 GHz input 3 missing sensitivity

I got a second hand HP53132A frequency meter with the 5 GHz input option 
050.

This input is missing a lot of sensitivity. I get around - 5 dBm of 
sensitivity only.


Is it a common fault on those meters ?


Seems like there are some MMIC followed by a frequency divider chip.

Is there a good chance that this card be repaired at a reasonable cost ?
