When I listened to CHU at 2322UTC they were already transmitting on 
7850kHz, so I guess they're not real time-nuts who want to do things at 
the exact proper time!

Anyway, I made a recording of the leapsecond as transmitted by both CHU 
and WWV. It's in the 2008 directory, and some stuff I did on the 2005 
leapsecond is in the 2005 directory. There's a video there showing my 
Motorola GPS receiver displaying 61 seconds. It did it again this time too.

If you want to give these files to other time-nuts, or post the link or 
something, that's OK with me.
