Dennis,

Ah-ha.  Now here's the rub! 
I've got 2 such APC Smart UPS - but I cannot find, beg, borrow or steal
a copy of the PowerChute software from anywhere.
Does anyone have a copy lurking unwanted & unloved in their 3.5" floppy
cabinet ?
