One problem with the HP3325 is the max frequency of the triangle and ramp waves is rather low (10 KHz).  Ebay item 290241023737 is a 3325A with a rubidium timebase.

If you can do with sine and square waves,  the FEI-5650A and 5680A rubidium oscillators can be made into nice stable sources with a 0.01Hz res from around 10Hz-15MHz.
