[time-nuts] LORAN C update

I have an Austron 2000C which I can't use with the European
Lessay (67310) chain.
I would welcome any info for purchasing the four-digit GRP
and phase code cards for such receiver. The part numbers
are 10397137 and 10396936, respectively.
