[time-nuts] Trouble with Timelab and HP-5370B

Check the DIP switch on the back of the 5370B to see if it's in talk-only
mode. (Which is fine, but you'd need to use the Talk-Only selection on the
Acquire menu, rather than the 5370-specific driver.)
