Our mains 60 Hz accuracy and accumulated error correction are long gone. 
All my line sync'd clocks (yes, all those kitchen appliance clocks) 
loose/gain here as much as 20 seconds in two weeks.

I've installed GPS clocks that keep accurate time. Here is one I recommend:
